KQED MindShift Articles

I've been a regular contributor to KQED's MindShift since 2013. The work I've been doing there is a fusion of thought leadership and lists, trading on the popularity of the "Best Of" format to deliver more unexpected, provocative ideas. My personal goal has been to extend the research I've done into games, culture, and learning and translate it to a broader audience in a highly digestible format.

These posts are also part of a broader content strategy for Common Sense Graphite; they're meant to drive traffic and position Graphite as go-to source for insightful and useful reviews of educational technology. Since I started doing these posts, KQED has become the sixth best referrer to Graphite and one of my posts that was syndicated on NPR resulted in the third biggest day of referral traffic in Graphite's history.
